ABOUT ME
For much of my life, my work has centered around helping people and organizations navigate change, find clarity, and turn vision into action. I’ve built a career as a consultant, facilitator, strategist, and writer—but alongside that professional journey, another path has been unfolding.
My journey into energy medicine began in 2018 and opened the door to a much deeper exploration of spirituality, consciousness, intuition, healing, and the connection between mind, body, soul, and spirit. Since then, I’ve trained and practiced in energy medicine, sacred medicine, meditation, and retreat facilitation. What began as a personal journey of discovery and healing has gradually become something I feel called to share with others.
Today, I’m allowing those two parts of my life to come together. I’m co-creating retreats, workshops, writing, and transformational experiences that combine the grounded skills I’ve developed over years of facilitating and guiding others with the spiritual and energetic practices that have profoundly changed my own life.
I don’t believe spirituality is something that exists outside of our everyday lives. For me, the real work is learning how to embody what we discover—to become more conscious of our energy, recognize the patterns we carry, listen to our intuition, create healthier boundaries, reconnect with ourselves, and make choices that reflect who we are becoming.
This new chapter is also about exploration. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I don’t believe any one person does. I’m continually learning, questioning, experiencing, and expanding my own understanding. My intention is to create spaces where we can do that together—with curiosity, openness, compassion, and a little bit of wonder.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that transformation is both energetic and practical. Insight can open the door, but lasting change happens when that insight becomes embodied, intention becomes action, and we learn to trust the wisdom already within us.
I’m excited to see where this next chapter leads—and I’m grateful to have you here for the journey.
